Many years ago I started coming to this practice. All dental treatment is performed professionally and efficiently. The procedures are explained fully and performed with care to minimize pain. As I am sure many people fear going to the dentist, I was one of them. Inexperienced dental students and aggressive dentistry in the past prompted me in avoiding dental visits for over a year. A high recommendation from one of your patients quickly led to the seeking of your services. I am pleased and relieved that I can resume my dental hygiene, feeling confident and comfortable that I am in capable, professional and compassionate hands! When I first came to Highland Dental Group I was very nervous. I had not been to the dentist in 8 years. I was afraid of what may have been wrong with my teeth and what they would think of me. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone in the office was. I was greeted with smiles from the staff; everyone seems happy to be working there. The office is very clean; the patient rooms are big, nice and bright. All the equipment looks brand new and the sterilization area is a cut above the rest. One of the things I like the best about Highland Dental Group is that I am in control of my treatment. Dr. Yang will work with me to help me decide what is the best treatment option for me, but I will have the final say. To actually have her listen to me and truly care about how I'm feeling means the world to me. Now instead of being afraid of going to the dentist, I can't wait to go. I also keep sending friends and family whenever I can. They are also happy to be a part of the Highland Dental Group.
